Fabyan Lighthouse on the Fox River metal print by Roger Passman. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. Sizes equivalent to any of the sizes offered as a print by demand through this online gallery are offered in this limited edition. These prints are only available directly from our studio gallery. Fabyan Lighthouse on the Fox River, Geneva, Illinois.This lighthouse was built by Colonel George and Nelle Fabyan as part of an estate called "Riverbank." The light has never served as an official aid to navigation. Col. Fabyan built the lighthouse in spite of the fact that it would never gain official status. Some even say he built it as a joke. This image was made the summer before the lighthouse was removed by Kane County to be rebuilt and replaced as an iconic struct...
