Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park is a United States National Park located in western Colorado and managed by the National Park Service. There are 3 entrances to the park. The south rim entrance is located 15 miles (24 km) east of Montrose, while the north rim entrance is 11 miles (18 km) south of Crawford and is closed in the winter. Thanks to the buyer of this image. I hope you have as much enjoyment from the image as I had in discovering the Black Canyon for the first time. Since this image was made I returned to the canyon a couple of times and it still sends chills down my spine every time I go.
