I photographed this 80 Year Old Truck at Bodie Ghost Town thinking about a rich monochrome image. Conversion to black and white involved several steps incliding an initial run through Photomatix Pro, some Photoshop adjustments to brightness and contrast and a final finishing touch in Topaz Labs BW Effects filter.

I processed the raw image file shot with a Canon 60D with an 18-55 Canon lens using Photomatix Pro 5, filters from Topaz Labs...
